Starting a Dropshipping Business

I am pleased Roger that you have started a dropshipping business. I know it will be profitable. Mine is.
I just finished reading this site's starting a dropshipping business page and I must say, I fully agree with its author.
This is my second attempt at product sourcing.
In my first try I simply went on the Internet and looked for dropshipping sources, signed up for some products and thought, "this is easy."
I tried to sell these on my website. I thought my site was nice looking and people would buy my offered products...14 in all.
After 6 months or so I had 3 sales and made a "profit" of $31.83.
I gave up.
About 7 or 8 months later (May, 2010) I came across Site Build It. I was struck with all the built-in tools they had for their price, but was afraid it would take so much time to build my own website so that it would get highly ranked as I still had a full time job.
I took the plunge.
I worked about 12 hrs. a week developing it.
Around this same time, I looked at SBIs world class forums and read that other people had used Worldwide Brands with some success.
Long story short.
I joined Worldwide Brands mainly because I could actually learn about the "details" of dropshipping.
I combined Site Build It's website building knowledge along with that of Worldwide Brands into a 31-page website (at this point, Mar. 2011).
I started earning profit $$ in Aug. 2010 ($42.90). earnings increased each month and in Feb. 2011 I had profit of $416.37.
I am very excited (can you tell?) about SBI and Worldwide.
I learned from the mistakes of my 1st dropshipping business attempt and feel I now have a foundation to build upon.
I wish you all the best in your efforts Roger. Should your dropshipping business not work out as well as you expect, you will be glad if you follow my footsteps.
